Bonmarche – Marketing and Multi-Channel Director

Bonmarche offers female fashion and accessories through its own network of over 300 stores, growing online presence and mail order catalogues. The business focuses on 50+ female customers and engages them through its incredibly successful loyalty programme which provides rich customer data and insight. FTSE listed (52% owned by Sun Capital Partners).

Reporting to CEO, I lead a team of 30 optimising customer insight to deliver online and offline marketing, CRM and loyalty program management, creative and brand development, PR, eCommerce and customer services. 

Role Objectives

  • Create and drive customer strategy across brand, marketing and eCommerce
  • Review existing research and conduct neuroscience insight research to help drive a brand repositioning strategy
  • Raise awareness and change perceptions of brand through high-profile ATL TV and Omni-Channel marketing campaign
  • Launch new web platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
